Ladies and gentlemen,
welcome at HQ SCDR with our first press release ever.
Date: June 20th, 2005
Subject: Letter of Intent,
addressing the Head of the Local Authorities
Dear People,
Soon, a Letter of Intent
will be sent
to the local mayor.
This Letter clearly states
that HQ is not prepared
to relocate after July 1st.
and that the local authorities
should anticipate determined resistance
as of the Initial Declaration of War
by the Royal Government,
issued June 16th, 2005.
This Letter contains an explanation
of the disastrous situation
that the Royal Government has put us in.
Furthermore a description
of part of the stategy
that HQ has developed.
Furthermore a short list
of warnings to insure
that People will be protected.
After careful consultation
we have decided not to issue
the Letter of Intent
no sooner than Wed. June 22nd, 2005.
Just before issueing the Letter of Intent
HQ will lay down an ultimatum on the desk
of the State Secretary of Social Affairs and Employment
of the Royal Government, mr. de Geus,
forcing him
to step down,
to resign from office,
due to his repeatedly proven incapacity
to guarantee application of the Basic Civil Rights.
Soon after issueing the Letter of Intent
HQ will give the Order to public mobilization.
The exact Terms of Social Mobilization
will be made available to the general public.
HQ hereby proclaims
the right to call to resistance
all sound and sane Citizens
as of July 1st, 2005,
effective from 00:00 hours,
to bring The Volunteers under General Command, and
to lead The People to victory over slavery.
I, Citizen Rasing,
for The People,
as your senator,
hereby appoint Gen. Lee "Stonewall" Rasing
as commanding officer
of all Confederate Forces,
henceforward,
to leave him responsible
for the application of
appropriate, humane and proportional resistance.
Henceforth,
we shall not hesitate,
to respectfully show
a b s o l u t e
d e t e r m i n a t i o n !
to defend our Basic Civil Rights,
in the face of the enemy.
